Bushwhacker Cider - Brooklyn

Stopped by the Bushwhacker Cider Brooklyn neighborhood location after brunch with some old friends. Tried one of their newer ciders, a Blackberry Pippin, 6.5 ABV, with a deep red color. This cider is semi-dry with a great blackberry flavor. It's great to see Jeff Smith delving back into berries and this one didn't disappoint! Very tasty and reminded me a bit of one of the older ones he'd done called Your Mother Was a Hamster, which included elderberries, and a catchy name related to a Monty Python movie quote from The Holy Grail.
